Induction Heating Equipment for Turbine Casings

The most common use of Helios 35 consists in heating up the hollow bolts of turbine casing or valves, through a straight inductor which generates the magnetic field inside the bolt hole.

External Heating.

Our induction heater Helios 35, when equipped with ring-shaped inductors, can heat up any cylindrical surface, such as seized nuts for their quick removal.

Here's my comment below.
We use the induction machine on ball valves for the clamping of the m85 and m110 studs. This one suits us perfectly.
The Nuova Simat’s good responsiveness to the purchase and supply of new induction rods, the packaging of the rods allows optimal protection during transport.

We need to thankyou for having your machine to work with.
In the beginning we had the KERA30 and that was a good and fast machine to work with. But the Helios-35 is even better the machines are fast and have a cooler inside and they have more options.
My customers are very satisfied about the machine and their reliability, we don’t have any problem about the KERA or HELIOS.
We sold several Machines and we do rent out these machine and costumers ask for that fast machine!

We hereby confirm that the bolt induction heating unit, manufactured by Nuova Simat, has been successfully used by our technicians matching all the technical requirements on safety, operation time reduction and reliability.
Initially we rented this type of machine and finally invested in a new model after modifying 7 steam turbines with hollow middle split line casing bolts.

I wanted to inform you that thanks to the Helios-35 we have performed a process that is on the agenda in our maintenance, but much safer and faster.
The inductors allowed us to replace the old glow plugs that took a long time to be performed.
