An externally mounted robust flange facing machine using fixed gears to produce continuous phonographic grooves according to ASME Standard.

Where is this machine applied

The MM series portable flange facing or flange facing machines are portable machine tools that allow you to perform mechanical machining on site. These machines are applied for surface flattening operations and even for phonographic grooves flange for sealing the flange or the creation of housing slots for ring joint gaskets. The large number of accessories also allows you to apply the machine even in less permissive points or with no anchor points, or to carry out other types of processing such as flattening the back of the flange.
