We deal directly with problems that may arise in industrial plants, but not only. We also deal with selling and renting the same machine tools, of which we are expert connoisseurs. Speaking of mechanical processing, for example, damage to a valve seal or breakage of a mechanical component can occur when is less expected and causes severe economic losses. Due to big size and, consequently, to logistics issues, some mechanical components cannot be removed from the plant. Therefore, they require a team of expert technicians, who can safely operate directly on site. That’s the moment our job starts. Once we receive an issue report, we committ to find the best answer and assist our customers in short time, as we know that every minute spent can cost the company a significant economic outlay.

To carry out this kind of mechanical processing we use high-precision machinery. It is a belief that this type of portable machine tools don’t bring excellent results, but this is not true. In many years of experience we have carried out hundreds of industrial maintenance services on site using these machines, achieving exceptional results.

In fact, this proximity greatly benefits logistics operations and allows us to focus better on the technical problems to be solved.

Our base customer may be every Project Manager or Plant Manager, who need an issue arose his plant to be solved with hurry. The services we provide are always different even if the main concept is usual (e.g. millings, turnings. flange facing, pipe cutting, and so on). Although our main reference sector is Oil & Gas, we have worked with clients from different reference sectors. From the power generation, passing through the railway sector to the civil industry up to a well-known client operating in the tourism sector.
